1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tilesum ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by ZYEYZ LLC, doing business as Snowy Mountain Software ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Tilesum is a free daily spatial-logic puzzle game. One puzzle is published per day. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, game mechanics, puzzles, and branding associated with Tilesum are the exclusive property of ZYEYZ LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Tilesum without prior written permission.

4. Fair Play

You agree to play Tilesum fairly and honestly. The following are prohibited:

  • Using automated tools, scripts, or bots to solve puzzles
  • Reverse-engineering the puzzle generation algorithm to pre-compute solutions
  • Submitting fabricated or manipulated game results
  • Circumventing anti-cheat measures or rate limits
  • Interfering with the Service or other users' experience

We reserve the right to invalidate results and block access for users who violate fair play rules.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZYEYZ LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
